Passwords

It is our internal policy that you will not revise any of the settings on Western social media accounts, as they have each been specifically set by Creative Services (Communications & Public Affairs) with account, financial and information security in mind. Settings include but are not limited to the account name, email address and password.

This password information is to be known only by yourself and is subject to the same policies as your Western staff password (never to be shared, not even to other staff, students or project partners). Notify social@uwo.ca of any staffing changes, so that the password can be reset and redistributed by Communications & Public Affairs.

The login information for Western Instagram accounts is only to be used to login to the official Instagram mobile applications, and is not to be entered into any third-party applications or websites.
