Western mourns death of Social Science student

The Western community is mourning the death of Ryan James Doxtator, 41, a Faculty of Social Science student, who died Sunday, Aug. 31, at his London home.

Visitation will be held from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept. 2-3, at Elliott-Madill Funeral Home, 22424 Adelaide Road, Mt. Brydges. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 4, at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Oneida Fellowship Baptist Cemetery.

Doxtator is survived by his children, Vivica and Casimir; parents, Arnold (Sue) and Joanne (George); brothers, Graham (Marsha) and Shane; sister, Rhonda Lynn Doxtator; as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

On Thursday, Western will lower the flag on University College in Doxtator’s honour.
