Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for all of Middlesex County. Persons in or near this area should be on the lookout for adverse weather conditions and take necessary safety precautions. Watch for updated statements.

Environment Canada meteorologists will update as required, so stay tuned to your local media or Weatheradio. Email reports of severe weather to storm.ontario@ec.gc.ca or tweet with the hashtag #ONStorm.

Please check Western’s weather page, uwo.ca/weather.html, www.westernu.ca or follow @WesternU on Twitter for further updates.

A previous Tornado Warning, stemming from the same system, has been downgraded. That warning resulted in Western sounding its Severe Weather Siren.
