Funeral services set for student

The Western community is mourning the death of Nicholas Rene Lafleur, 21, a Faculty of Social Science student, who died Friday, Nov. 30 at University Hospital, London.

Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. today, Dec. 4 in the A. Millard George Funeral Home chapel, 60 Ridout St. S., London, with the Rev. T. Keith Nethery officiating. Cremation will follow.

Lafleur is survived his parents, Allan and Paula Lafleur; brothers, Damien and Marshall Lafleur; and grandmother, Gladys King. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers George Lafleur and Marshall King.

This morning, Western will lower the flag on University College in Lafleur’s honour.
