Female faculty, staff, post-doctorates, graduates and undergraduate students are invited to attend The University of Western Ontario's Caucus on Women's Issues meeting Thursday, Sept. 25.
The annual meet and greet with wine and snacks and the first general meeting of the year will be held from 4-5:30 p.m. in University College Rooms 224a, 225 and 225a (the rooms behind Conron Hall).
In addition to the regular reports on caucus activities, there will be an update on its current video project and a sneak-peak screening of clips from the film.
Two students will also be recognized for winning the essay prizes for 2007-2008.
Membership in the caucus is open to all women on campus and newcomers are welcome. A membership can be purchased at the meeting using cash or cheque at a rate of $15 for faculty and staff and $5 for undergraduate and graduate students.
