Western Chefs Stir It Up

A pair of Western chefs showed off their culinary skills at the
2005 Tastes of the World Chef Culinary Conference held last month
at the University of Massachusetts, returning home with a pair of
medals.
Andrew Linton (Perth Hall) and Craig Clifford (Saugeen-Maitland)
earned a silver and bronze, respectively, at the national
conference which featured over 20 workshop sessions for chefs to
examine new ideas, learn about current trends, and hone their
skills.
Linton and Clifford were each part of a four-person team, with a
total of ten teams participating. Each team was given a mystery
basket of products with which they had four hours to prepare 10
servings for a four-course menu.
