Chronic pain management workshop set

Members of the Western community are invited to a chronic pain management workshop, hosted by the Joint Motion Program and The Arthritis Society of London, scheduled for 4:30-6:30 p.m. March 21 in the University Community Center, room 66.

The workshop is a single, two-hour, free course facilitated by the Arthritis Society that focuses on pain management. The main objective of the workshop is to improve understanding of chronic pain management, introduce different coping methods, and encourage participants to take an active role in pain management.

The program’s intention is to help those with chronic pain, as well as to teach family members, partners, and friends how to support people living with chronic pain.
