Speaker to discuss academic freedom

Academic Freedom will be the topic of a guest speaker brought in by the UWO Faculty Association Monday, Feb. 18.

Rhonda Love, President of the University of Toronto Faculty Association, will be speaking on "Olivieri, Healy and You: Academic Freedom and the Corporate University" at 1 p.m. in Social Science Centre Room 3116.

Love will be speaking about UTFA's attempts to meet threats to academic freedom in the highly publicized cases of Nancy Olivieri and David Healy.
