The flag will be at half-mast Friday, Sept. 19 until 1:30 p.m. for former Faculty of Education professor George Lawson, who retired in 1981 with 15 years of service.
 
Visitation service for Lawson, 85, will be held at A. Millard George Funeral Home, (60 Ridout St. S.) Thursday, Sept. 18 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A memorial service, also at A. Millard George Funeral Home, will be held Friday, Sept. 19 at 1:30 p.m.
