Public transit users should expect longer delays, crowded buses and extended travel time beginning Monday, Nov. 2 due to a further withdrawal of services by drivers.

According to the London Transit Commission (LTC), bus services will be further reduced beyond what has been currently implemented. The following routes will operate at ‘exam levels’ of service, as indicated on the public time tables:

  • #2C – Dundas
  • #6A – Richmond
  • #10A – Wonderland
  • #10B – Wonderland
For details on the ‘exam levels’ for individual bus schedules, check the route legends.

As well, the designated morning and afternoon peak buses to Clarke Road, Laurier and South Secondary schools have been cancelled. The regularly scheduled bus service to the schools remains available.

Bus service for Saturday, Oct. 31 and Sunday, Nov. 1 will run as scheduled but with expected limited reductions.

For the impact on a specific service, visit the LTC website at www.ltconline.ca and click on the WebWatch icon (at the top right-hand corner of the screen) to obtain real-time information regarding a particular bus schedule.
