Political and legal experts available to comment on looming crisis in Parliament

The federal Conservative government is facing a confidence vote and the
possibility that an unprecedented coalition of Liberals and NDP will take
its place. Two University of Western Ontario professors are available to
comment as this political and constitutional crisis unfolds on Parliament Hill.
