Women take back the budget! - March 30

“How do we make sure that women don’t become even more invisible in this downward economic spiral? How do we ensure that women’s voices are included in government budgets? Those are the questions that will be explored at a Gender Budget Analysis Symposium that has been organized by the Step It Up – Women Are Missing Coalition”, says Louise Pitre, Executive Director, Sexual Assault Centre London and conference organizer.

The Gender Budget Analysis Symposium takes place on Monday, March 30^th 2009 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Brescia University Auditorium. Registration is $35.00 per person.
