To provide Grade 9 students a sampling of the dynamic activities that take place everyday on the campus of The University of Western Ontario (and to answer the age old question – “what the heck do my parents do all day?”) Western is taking part in national Take Our Kids Work Day on Wednesday, November 5, 2008. Students will be able to choose from several interesting presentations.

Activities include watching robotics in action and meeting members of the group Engineers Without Borders, learning about the MedQUEST Health Career Exploration Camp, joining members of the Department of Psychology as they share secrets of the mind, and visiting a recording studio or dropping in to take part in a choral conducting class.
