How Does Your Brain Age?
Aging of the brain, like everything else, is inevitable. Research over the past couple of decades has revealed important clues about normal aging of the brain compared to degenerative processes such as Alzheimer disease. These can form the basis for the development of new treatment strategies to delay disease progression and promote healthy aging.

Fanning the Flames of Love in Marriage
Over time in marriage, feelings of love and satisfaction tend to decline. Drawing on empirical research on feelings of love in marriage, we will discuss strategies that seem to be effective at helping partners maintain, and even increase, their love for each other.

Sing Yourself to Better Health
